How do I submit my photos?

Email your high resolution JPEG photos to staging@virtuallydesigned.com. You can also let us know if you have any specific ideas for your staging, otherwise we will carefully select furnishings and accessories to complement your room’s best features and highlight its potential to Buyers.

How will I receive my photos and what if I’m not satisfied?

Within 24 hours, you will receive proofs of your virtually staged rooms via the email address you used to submit the photos. If you are not happy with something, email us back and let us know what you would like changed!

How do I pay for my photos?

Along with your photo proofs, you will receive an invoice and links to our PayPal and Venmo accounts. When you are satisfied with your photo proofs, make your payment using one of our payment links. When your payment is received you will receive your photos with the proof markings removed.

What if I want more than two photos?

For each order, your first photo is $59, your second photo is $50, and any additional photos are $50 each.

How do I make sure I am in compliance with my MLS?

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with your local MLS (multiple listing service).  Your photos will have the words “Virtually Staged” on them unless you specifically request otherwise.
